MSN 5000 Foundations of Professional Writing

In this course, the graduate student prepares for the online learning experience. The underpinnings of leadership begin with effective communication. The foundation for required scholarly (evidence-based) research and professional writing is explored. The activities focus on research using the Vise Library databases, collaboration through discussion forums, effective forms of communication, professionalism in writing, and being a successful learner in an online environment. Through the course, the students demonstrate skill in writing for initiatives in their profession. Fee: $30.00
