AT 6610 General Medical Conditions
This course explores the physical, mental, environmental, and social health problems seen in the physically active individual and at-risk individuals, emphasizing the recognition of signs, symptoms, and predisposing conditions related to the specific illness or disease and its recommended treatment and referral. Students will learn how to evaluate common non-orthopedic medical conditions present in physically active patients and at-risk individuals across the lifespan. This course is only available to admitted athletic training candidates. Fee: $75.00.
