NUR 314 Pharmacology in Nursing I
Pharmacology in Nursing I introduces the nursing student to the basic principles of pharmacology with a focus on pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug interactions, client safety, and education. Nursing implications relative to drug effects are examined. This course provides the student with a curriculum to facilitate critical thinking skills which will assist the student in assessing client responses to drugs. Two classroom hours per week.
