NUR 327 Health Assessment
Health Assessment includes a systematic study of subjective data collection, objective health assessment skills, and assessment documentation skills. These skills are presented in the classroom and the student practices these skills with a student lab partner in the laboratory component of this course. Expected assessment findings, abnormal assessment findings associated with selected disease processes, developmental norms and variations across the lifespan, and health promotion knowledge and patient teaching are incorporated into the classroom and laboratory component of this course. Three classroom hours and one laboratory hour per week (45 clinical hours/semester). Lab Fee: $125.00.
