NUR 374 Adult Health Nursing II
Adult Health II incorporates previous knowledge and skills to assist students in delivering evidence-based nursing care to adults in a variety of settings. Concepts of adult disease processes, nursing interventions, pharmacology, nutrition, gerontology, and culture are integrated throughout the course. Students will also participate in learning activities related to professionalism, integrity, and effective communication. Emphasis will be placed on clinical reasoning as it relates to prioritizing safe patient care. Three classroom hours and four credit hours of clinical per week (180 clinical and lab hours per semester). Fees: $760.00 testing fee and $125.00 laboratory fee.
