CHEM 220 Medical Terminology

This course is designed to provide a comprehensive entry-level study of medical language for beginning health career learners. The course teaches the basic abbreviations, symbols, and vocabulary used in medicine. Additionally, students will learn how to use prefixes, suffixes, and roots to decode many words common to the medical field.
