PM 446 Strategic Project Leadership

This course will provide instruction to students related to current issues and trends in project management with an intentional focus on leadership. Areas include business process re-engineering, enterprise resource planning, managing virtual project teams, and global project management with emphasis on cross-cultural effectiveness and project leadership.
