HCA 350 Communication and Professionalism in Health Care

This course examines the professional traits, behaviors, skills, and attitudes needed for a health are industry executive to perform in a professional, ethical, and competent manner. Students will develop technical and persuasive writing skills required to prepare documents such as letters, memos, emails, reports, proposals, and resumes. Persuasive oral presentation skills will also be emphasized.
