BIO 112 General Biology II
This is the second course in the entry-level Biology sequence designed to familiarize students with the basic concepts necessary to understand the biology of specific organisms studied in other courses. Principles of organismal biology (taxonomy, plant form and function, animal form and function), introductory biodiversity, and ecology concepts will be emphasized. This course is a prerequisite for most upper level biology courses. Three hours of lecture per week.
