BUA 496 Strategic Management

A capstone course designed to integrate the student's knowledge of business functional areas with strategic management theory to understand how firms implement value-creating strategies leading to sustained competitive advantage in a global economy through integrated and coordinated commitments and actions designed to exploit core competencies. The course uses lectures, case studies, and a strategic business simulation. Transfer credit is not accepted and this course is not available by directed study.
