ED 301 Instructional Strategies

Candidates are introduced in instructional planning aligned with the state academic standards and assessment that supports learning goals of diverse learners, and connects learning to college and career readiness. This course teaches a variety of research based strategies that engage all learners in deep understanding of content areas and application of knowledge. Candidates learn to vary the roles of a teacher (e.g. instructor, facilitator, and coach) in the instructional process to meet the needs of all learners. Admission to the Educator Preparation Program.
