MBA 5292 Strategic Management
A study of the integrated and coordinated set of commitments and actions designed to exploit core competencies and gain sustainable competitive advantage based on a firm's analysis of the external and internal environment, formulation of strategies to compete, and implementation of strategies. This is a capstone course that requires graduate level students to analyze and integrate original strategy articles with the functional areas of business and to be able to communicate through written and oral communication advanced knowledge of the field. This course uses the readings, cases, and a strategy simulation. Fee: $75.00.
