PSY 5220 Personnel Assessment and Selection
This course studies the process of gathering job-related data about individuals for the purpose of making employment decisions, and covers the theory, practice, and research pertaining to the selection of appropriate applicants and appraisal of the current employees. Students will apply the content to their own hiring experiences in an effort to make themselves improved and more marketable for future career placement. Fee: $75.00.
