Supply Chain Management

Mission Statement

The mission of the Supply Chain Management program is to provide students with a strong foundation in the planning and managerial aspects of business supply chains, including exposure to relevant supply chain management content that will prepare students 1) for an entry-level position in business operations, logistics, or distribution management, 2) to enable the student to explore related future entrepreneurial business opportunities, and/or 3) to attend a graduate business program in supply chain management or related area.

By introducing the supply chain management student to an integrated sequence of upper-level coursework that builds on the general business core curriculum, the Supply Chain Management program of study provides students with a well-rounded understanding and appreciation of the dynamic positive impacts that well-managed supply chains have upon the cost structures and competitiveness of modern day business operations.
