https://cams3.cumberland.edu/rptool/index.html?s=1 You may also use the page to reset your email, Student Portal, Canvas, and lab password at any time. It is recommended that you use this tool to reset your password at least once per semester.
Where to get help
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) provides several methods you may utilize to find information and request assistance:
Walk-up help desk hours are 7 am-7 pm and located in the basement of Labry Hall
If no one is in the Help Desk, please submit a ticket by emailing support@cumberland.edu
We are unable to provide break/fix support for personal equipment. We can provide you with a consultation and refer you to local repair facilities if needed.
Internet Access
All on-ground students are provided with wireless Internet access in residence halls, academic facilities, and other locations on campus. Our residence halls also have wired network access in each room. Utilizing the wired network will require the purchase of a "CAT 5e" or "CAT 6" network cable. Network cables are available in local office supply shops, big box stores, and online retailers.
