MSN 6300 Healthcare Business and Finance Management

The focus of this course is to provide the graduate online learner with an overall high-level understanding of financial management and concepts of healthcare systems at an executive level. This broad-spectrum approach includes human resource management (staffing) at the clinical level, community based facility, community based health, under served and diverse population health care, and corporate and non-profit organizational structuring. Graduate online learners will develop skills that are needed to analyze costs and benefits for healthcare budgets and apply principles of business, economics, and finance.
