CPW 325 Literary/Scholarly Journal Editing Print Edition

This course is an experiential learning class which allows students to engage in all aspects of publishing a literary journal, from generating submissions of work, to round-table discussions of writing and art and choosing publishable pieces, to editing and assembling a print literary journal. Other learning objectives and experience includes promotion, marketing, event planning, and sales and launch of the journal at the end of the semester. This Print Publishing course includes design and layout of art and writing and all operations of preparing a journal for print. Can be repeated twice for credit.
