COM 245 Organizational Communication
This course offers a study of the theory and practice of organizational communication. It will address the assumptions, processes, roles, relationships, and responsibilities of those within an organization. In addition to the key concepts of organizational communication, emphasis will be placed on decision making processes and how it affects organizational outcomes and an exploration of how power structures, networks, groups, and cultures shape organizational endeavors and behaviors.
