NUR 307 Transition into Professional Nursing for RN to BSN
This course is designed for the Associate Degree Nurse pursuing a baccalaureate degree in nursing. The course focuses on the concepts of nursing practice at the baccalaureate level and their relevance to developing holistic, evidence-based, patient-centered care. The course prepares students for their professional practice through learning outcomes which include nursing's history, theoretical and evidence-based practice, leadership, and role in the interprofessional team.
