PSY 5400 Research Methods in Organizational Psychology

This course covers the appropriate systems and methodology for conducting research relevant to organizational and human resources practices. Applied psychometric theory, quasi-experimental designs, and non-experimental designs will be reviewed with a research proposal being completed in preparation for the thesis course. Thus, students will propose, collect data, and interpret findings for a small-scale project related to any of the areas covered by I/O Psychology. Fee: $75.00.
