PSY 6220 Performance Appraisal and Management

This course covers the theory, techniques, current research, legal issues, and psychometric concerns associated with the practices of job analysis, performance appraisals, competency modeling, and development of performance management systems. Students will be expected to create their own proposal for performance management that aligns with the mission and vision of their current field experience or internship location. Fee: $75.00.
