PSY 6515 Work Group Effectiveness

This course provides an analysis of factors leading to effective work groups including topics such as group development, composition, facilitation, problem solving, and team building, as well as, effective meetings and task force utilization. Students will apply this knowledge to those within this course as a model of a work group and present an analysis that includes composition, leadership, and effectiveness. Fee: $75.00.
