PSY 5410 Personnel and Human Factors Psychology
This course addresses the major areas within the field of personnel psychology including marketing, recruitment, performance training, job development or modification, and enhancement of morale and relationships. Students are asked to consider individual differences in visual, auditory, and tactile displays within the workplace, as well as ethical, legal, individual, and sociocultural dimensions of human resource management policies, programs, and practices to foster inclusive environments. A project on creating a healthy work culture based on human factors research will be completed by each student in the course. Fee: $75.00.
